Because all I see is a (relatively) solid Trans Am for $1,000. !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!!

A '75 T/A for $1000? Holy shit!
Maybe it's a trap?

T/A are notorious for underbody rust. Had a 75 that the pans on driver and passenger were toast. The rear wheel wells were gone as was most of the trunk. This has a 400 c.i. motor and all T/A's had posi rear ends. See in person before you buy!

1975 Trans am, 400ci Pontiac small block (all Pontiac blocks were the same size. They didn't make big blocks), th400 3-speed auto, stock posi-diff., aftermarket T-tops. If it is as good as the pics look, very very easy NP.

Well
it has a 6.6L 400ci pontiac V8 which probably makes like 200hp on a good day
a TH-400 auto trans
A 4 barrel carb
A limited slip differential (That should be Posi - the GM term for L/S)
Shaker hood is explanitory
T tops
apparently a spring shot through the floor
this sounds like a parts car or a really dedicated project that one would never make money off of.

Detroit = Michigan = North = Rust.

The add mentions the left spring went through the floor. If that happened and it's from Detroit I'm assuming it has major rust issues.

The bad news is that it will take a lot of work. The good news is that parts are readily available through both reproduction houses and from wrecking yards. If you have the skills it's would be worth it. Come join the rest of us second gen F-body owners!

Truthfully I don't know. I saw it about 6 months ago and I saved it.

being in Detroit I can guarantee there is some major rust in the car. probably the floor, trunk, around the base of the windshield and the rear glass, rockers, bottoms of fenders and quarters. luckily that generation is the only generation where the firebird/trans am are worth more than a Camaro. You can thank Burt for that.

You know, popstar Madonna, song remixed by DJ/Producers Above & Beyond, and directed by her then husband Guy Ritchie. Who also directed Snatch, Lock Stock And Two Smoking Barrels, and a Jalopnik favorite, the BMW commisioned The Hire:Star.
